Unlike traditional photography, floor plans and 360 Panoramic Tours, we provide a true 3D scan of the property allowing potential buyers or tenants to explore the property . The floor plan and dollhouse views allow potential buyers or tenants to walk through the property and gain a true understanding of the value.

The 3D scan data creates a smart model that can be measured online, viewed in virtual reality or used to create a schematic floor plan. More advanced applications of the 3D data can be used for Architectural Design, Historical Documentation, Building Information Models, Property Management, Point Clouds and Google Street View.

Fee Structure:
Note: All fees are limited to residential properties up to 2,500 SF and two floors. Proposals are provided for additional area and floors.
$0.00 Down Plan:
Approximately 40% of properties listed do not sell. We offer a $0 down/$200 at closing plan which has no cost until the property sells. If the property does not sell within 6 months there is no charge. However, after 6 months there will be a fee assessed to continue hosting. The final costs are due at closing. This plan is equivalent to the Basic Plan described below. (compare plans)
$130 – Introductory Special:
The Introductory Special is a limited time offer. This plan is equivalent to Basic Plan described below; however, it is limited to 6 months hosting. After 6 months there will be a small fee assessed to continue hosting. (compare plans)
$160 – Basic:
Our Base Virtual Tour provides an online 3D model, self-guided tour, photographic online floor plan and Dollhouse view. (compare plans)

$250 – Silver:
Our Silver Virtual Tour provides an online labeled 3D model, automated tour, self-guided tour, photographic online floor plan, schematic floor plan (pdf format), photographic online floor plan and Dollhouse view. This is the perfect plan to showcase and highlight selling points. (compare plans)

$495 – Insurance Record:
We offer visual documentation of your home, valuables and furnishings to assist you in the unfortunate event of theft, fire or natural disaster. Our service provides all the necessary details to facilitate an insurance claim and support your recovery process. This tour provides a report, schematic floor plan (pdf format), photos, 360-degree photos, 3D Model and 3D point cloud. There is no online hosting provided for this tour for privacy and security; however, we will keep an archive copy for your needs. The data files are delivered on a USB thumb drive that contain software to view them. (compare plans)
