Home and Building Plans

AEC Communications, Inc. offers Home and Building Plans per section § 54.1-402 of the Code of Virginia. This allows for new or renovation of 1 to 2 family homes, farm structures, Businesses under 5,000 SF, Factory/Storage under 15,000 SF and some Assembly Use. We also collaborate with structural and MEP engineers as needed for jurisdictional approval.
